ORDERING BY CREDIT CARD FROM OUR WEBSITE
Payment by Visa card / Mastercard / Laser are accepted

 Orders will then only be delivered to the address of the card holder.

 Prices are set in Euro including V.A.T. @ 21%, exception being

Crown Mini-Lab Price list, these prices exclude V.A.T. @ 21%

CREDIT ACCOUNTS

PAYMENT MUST REACH US IN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE

Payments should be made directly without reference to rep. calls.

Queries cannot be accepted as a response to late payment - an amount
relative to the query may be deducted from your payment.
This deduction should be clearly identified.

Overdue accounts will be subject to a 2.5% monthly interest charge.

Minimum turnover must not be less than 3000 euro  per annum, excluding V.A.T.,
to warrant credit account status.

CARRIAGE TERMS

Orders to the value of less than 200 euro nett excluding V.A.T. will be subject to a
carriage, insurance and packing charge of a minimum of 5.00 euro which applies to
all parts of the Country.

Orders requested by Fastrack / courier etc will carry the appropriate charge.

Shortages / errors must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods
otherwise no claims can be entertained.

RETURNS

No goods may be returned without a returns requisition number which can be
obtained from our office. Requests for returns must quote relevant invoice
number and reason for return.

REPAIRS

A basic repair charge of 5.00 euro  will be applied to all repair estimates to cover
handling. This charger will be deducted from the repair cost once the estimate
has been accepted.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Goods returned under warranty for repair must be accompanied by guarantee /
receipt as proof of warranty.

LIABILITY

Goods returned for service are accepted, handled and returned solely at owners
risk.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any items ordered specially for a customer must be accepted and cannot be
returned due to any circumstances.
